                         Elizabeth Leroy Gifford
                               1810 - 1897

Elizabeth Leroy (Johnson) Gifford was born in 1810 in New York USA. She died 
on February 20, 1897 in Leroy Township, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at 
Fairview Cemetery, Section 2 Lot 269 space 4 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan 
USA. In 1829 she married Jason Hezekia Cadwell and had two sons: Cornelius 
(Eliza Lowell) and Jason H. Cadwell (Pheobe Ann Gifford). In 1832 she married 
Ezra Fish and had four children: Elbridge Gerry, Elizabeth Olive (Alexander 
Thompson), Zilpha Ann (John W. Gifford) and Ezra Fish. In 1842 she married
Jonathan Nathaniel Lamb and had three daughters: Mary B. (Lewis Randolph),
Martha W. (Jehial Albert Richards) and Emma Lamb. In 1852 in Michigan USA she
married Ira Gifford and had three sons: Ira M. Gifford, Charles E. Gifford and
William J. Gifford (Carrie J. Bentley).
