                              1868 - 1952

Bertha May "Jackson" Holland daughter of George E. Jackson and Cynthia J.
Crocker was born on December 26, 1868 in White Oak Township, Ingham, 
Michigan USA. She died on August 29, 1952 in Blackman Township, Jackson, 
Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 4 Lot 12 space 2 in 
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. On October 31, 1889 in Mason, Ingham, 
Michigan USA by George H. Lockhart, Clergyman with witnesses Maggie A. 
Lockhart and Lawrence Lockhart she married Jay Miles Collier and had six 
children: Glen H. (Adah Belle Eggleston)(Pearle B. Rogers)(Ruth A. Thorsen),
Miles Henry (Eula Mae), Edna Charlotte, Irene (Ray Garrison)(Jackson), 
George Jackson (Ruby Luella Coffey) and Guy H. Collier. On October 7, 1903
in Lansing, Ingham, Michigan USA by Thomas Riley, M. E. Minister with 
witnesses Flora Giddings and Nellie Sias she married Henry Jesse Preston and 
had two children: Florence B. (Howard W. Trumble) and Harold H. Preston. On
December 14, 1916 in Jackson, Jackson, Michigan USA by J. F. Orwick, 
Minister with witnesses Ella H. Orwick and Rosa Mullin she married Charles
Martin Holland.
