                            George Washington Holland
                                   1799 - 1883

George Washington Holland son of John Wilkes Holland and Rhoda Wright was born on
November 17, 1799 in Richfield, Otsego, New York USA. He died on July 10, 1883 in
White Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 
2 Lot 229 space 6 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. In 1823 in Otsego County, 
New York USA he married Sarah Frazier and they had a son named Daniel Frazier 
Holland (Esther Harris). Sarah died in 1835 and George remarried in 1837 in 
Orleans County, New York USA to Sarah G. Cole and they had five children: John W,
Sarah F. (Marion F. Hart), Martha Janette (Christopher F. Patrick), Mary K. and
George Washington Holland Jr. (Anna Mary Freiermuth).
