                              William C. Ide
                                1828 - 1888

William C. Ide son of John M. Ide and Ann Pettit was born on August 15, 1828
in New York USA. He died on July 3, 1888 in Leroy Township, Ingham, Michigan 
USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 2 Lot 217 space 6 in Dansville, 
Ingham, Michigan USA. In 1855 he married Martha Jane Wood and they had two
children: Marcia Nellie (William Joseph Abbott) and Ira Ide (Clara Scarlett).
Martha died on June 26, 1864 and William remarried on February 14, 1866 to
Eveline "Eva" Pierson and they had seven children: Maude, Martha "Mattie"
Estella (Lee Everett Seymour), Lily "Lillie", Kendell Gerald (Eleanor "Nellie"
Grace Barber), Mary "May", Frederick Truman (Chloe Belle Waterman) and Ivan
Renwick Ide (Alora Pearl McCourtie).
