Mona Margaret "Lay" Minnis daughter of John Frank Lay and Mary E. Byers was born
on September 15, 1913 in Ingham County, Michigan USA, died on October 22, 2003 in 
Mt. Pleasant, Isabella, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dansville, 
Ingham, Michigan USA. She married Clarence Elmer Minnis on May 26, 1934 in Ingham 
County, Michigan USA and they had four children: Mary (Willard Flinn)(Hineman)
(House), Carl E.(Caroline Ann Jastram), Larry Keith (Kathleen Marie Phillips) and
Peggy Jo Minnis (Jerry Lee Pickler).
