                                  1820 - 1881

Joseph P. Philo son of Jonathan "John" Benedict Philo and Sarah Anne Smalley was
born on January 14, 1820 in Spencer, Tioga, New York USA. He died on December 
23, 1881 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, 
Section 2 Lot 78 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. He married Arvilla Hall and 
they had eleven children: Levi H, Rosella, Druzilla (Abram B. Nichols), Daniel, 
Alrugoa J, Almira "Mira" A. (George A. Simons)(Parley Howard Coulston), 
Artimesia Mary (Martin VanBuren Otis), Joshua P.(Adelia "Dhelhia" McCreery)
Clayton Joseph (Adelia "Delhia" McCreery), Adelbert and Levi Joseph Philo 
(Luella Ariel May).
