                                 William Rae
                                 1842 - 1914

William Rae son of James Rae and Elizabeth Isabella Lockerby was born on October 
14, 1842 in Lockerby Township, Dumfries, Scotland. On October 2, 1914 in 
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA he died at his home after a long illness of anemia 
and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 2 Lot 240 space 1 in Dansville, Ingham, 
Michigan USA. On May 23, 1878 in Mason, Ingham, Michigan USA by Alex McLearn, 
Minister with witnesses Harriet McLearn and Orin F. Rodgers he married Mary Etta 
Drake and they had two children: Wilhelmina "Mina" Violet Rae (Elmer Alfred 
Bravender) and Roy Robert Rae (Katherine "Kittie" Elizabeth Andrews).
