                              Laura Eliza Sawyer
                                 1822 - 1887

Laura Eliza "Carter" Sawyer daughter of Samuel Carter and Almira Belden was born 
on September 30, 1822 in Darien, Genesee, New York USA. She died on September 
20, 1887 in Ingham County, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, 
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. She married John Quincy Adams Sawyer on June 4, 
1844 in Darien, Genesee, New York USA and they had three children: Ellen Eugenia 
(Amos Lumen Crosman), Charles Eugene (Eleanor Mariah Whipple) and Martha Almira 
Sawyer (Harmon Harvey Whipple).
