                              Kempton M. Scott
                                1859 - 1931

Kempton M. Scott son of Alexander Scott and Sarah Ann Barnhart was born on 
May 11, 1859 in Ashland County, Ohio USA. On March 21, 1931 in Bunkerhill 
Township, Ingham, Michigan USA he died of carcinoma of stomach and secondary 
anemia and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 1 Lot 702 in Dansville, Ingham, 
Michigan USA with no visible marker for his grave. On September 4, 1887 in 
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA by L. S. Tedman, Pastor of M. E. Church with 
witnesses J. E. and Effie West he married Caroline Stillwell. He later remarried
on November 18, 1896 in Mason, Ingham, Michigan USA by W. H. B. Urch, Clergyman 
with witnesses W. W. Spatch and Isabel Spatch to Minnie Haas and they had a 
daughter named Dulcia E. Scott (John Kehr).
