                             Chancey R. Simons
                                1855 - 1921

Chancey R. Simons son of Lotan Simons and Betsey Payne was born on December 27,
1855 in Manchester Center, Ontario, New York USA. On April 12, 1921 in 
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA he died of valvular weakness of heart and 
nervous exhaustion and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dansville, Ingham, Michigan 
USA with no visible marker for his grave in an unknown plot area. On February 
22, 1878 in Mason, Ingham, Michigan USA he married Ellen "Ella" Marie Dennis and 
they had three children: Alice Marie (Bernie Clark Raymond), Carolyn "Carrie"
Louise (John "Jack" B. LaFountaine) and Elmer J. Simons (Edith Maude Baguley).
