                        Huldah Louise "Lillie" Swan
                               1871 - 1937

Huldah Louise "Shimmel" Swan daughter of Jacob and Louisa Jane Shimmel was 
born on December 30, 1871 in Independence, Doniphan, Kansas USA. On February 
24, 1937 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA she died of chronic myocarditis 
and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 4 Lot 35 space 4 in Dansville, 
Ingham, Michigan USA. On October 27, 1888 in Muskegon, Muskegon, Michigan 
USA by Louis P. Erust, Justice of the Peace with witnesses Alvin Schimmel 
and Nellie Compton she married John Lafayette Evans and had eight children:
Alida Louisa (Harry L. Chapman), George Andrew, Lewis Burt "Burtram" (Louise
Blanche Phillips), Clarence Harold, Ceneth Penelope, Albert Vernon, Kermith
Haviland (Josephine Detzler)(Ethel Lillian Woodbury) and Amos Rolly Evans.
On August 16, 1933 in Angola, Steuben, Indiana USA by Rev. Thomas Davies 
witnessed by Rolland J. Weaver, Steuben Circuit Court Clerk she remarried to
Orson James Swan.
