     Selah B. Fitch Sr.
      1813 - 1869

Selah Brown Fitch Sr. was born on January 26, 1813 in Sheldon, Wyoming, New York 
USA to Sgt. Hubbard I. Fitch I and Elizabeth Brown.  He died on December 20,
1869 in Fitchburg, Ingham, Michigan USA and was buried at Fitchburg Cemetery,
Stockbridge, Ingham, Michigan USA.  He was married to Selinda Hopkins on October
1, 1840 in Sheldon, Wyoming, New York USA and had five children: Julia Ann
(Ransom Cross)(Francis Dancer), Franklin Hopkins (Phebe A. Paxson), Hubbard II
(1849-1860), Erastus (1851-1851) and Selah Brown "Joe" Fitch Jr. (Susan Louise
Hulbert).
