THOMAS, Peleg G.; 1814-1868; a Masonic symbol is engraved at the top of his 
tombstone.  He was listed as a charter member of the Masonic Lodge in nearby 
Okemos, MI.  A legal notice in the March 4, 1869 issue of the Ingham County 
News mentions a pending sale of Peleg's land, authorized by the Probate Court 
and administered by Silas Thomas.
