His wife, Clarissa is buried in the same family plot (Greenwood Cemetery records) She was born about 1825 in New York and family tree information sources say that she died March 30, 1898. Her husband, Harvey Hawkins, born June 28, 1933 and died Oct 7, 1931 is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery in Mason, Ingham County, Michigan. There is a small headstone in the family plot which is unreadable. Could probably be for Clarissa or Adeline Hawkins. Note: Inscription is on the opposite of the monument from the photo. It is very faint and is very hard to read. The inscription hardly showed up in a closeup photo taken.
