NOTE:  Charles Nellis Near was born May 8, 1810 in Madison County, NY, the son 
of Conrad and Anna Nancy (Fox) Near.  Charles Near and Mary Becker were 
married December 10, 1840 in NY.  They were the parents of Hiram Raymond Near 
and Jay James Near. 

Mary Becker Near was born September 10, 1815 and died July 26, 1848 at the age 
of 32 years.  She was the mother of Hiram Raynmond Near and Jay James Near. 

Charles Nellis Near was also married to a Mary Parker Near who was born August 
19, 1823 and died August 19, 1892 at the of 69 years.  She was first married 
to Eric Truesdale, 2nd to Charles Nellis Near and 3rd to her son-in-law's 
father, Saxon Saunders.  Her first born son was Eric Truesdale. Nancy 
Elizabeth Near Saunders and Minnie Enola Near were the daughters of her and 
Charles Nellis Near.

Minnie Enola Near was born September 2, 1865 and died October 1, 1865.  She 
was the daughter of Charles Nellis and Mary Parker Near.
