Informant's name was Adam Brenner and burial was on June 19, 1918 in Leek Cemetery. William Brenner death certificate shows his parents as being born in Germany, no names, male white, married at age 23, parent of 10 children, 5 living, farmer, born June 23, 1831 in Hesse-Darmstadts, Germany, died August 22, 1906 in Holt, Delhi Township, Ingham Co., MI at the age of 75 years 1 month and 29 days, cause of death Leukemia. Informant Gertrude Brenner. No burial date or cemetery information on certificate. Family tree sources shows that William and Elizabeth (Bodenstien) were the parents of Helen Brenner born February 28, 1876 MI and died November 11, 1879 MI. He married Amelia McIntyre and they were the parents of Charles Elbert and Grace Elizabeth Brenner. His second wife was Nellie Thompson and they were the parents of Elsie, Harry, William Vern, Myrtle and a Living Brenner. Fred E. Brenner was born September 22, 1873 Ingham Co., MI and died October 19, 1964 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI. Frank Brenner was married to Sarah L. Epsey and his second wife was Emma Gansley. They were the parents of Russell Brenner (1899-). According to the information on the monument, Frank and Sarah L. (Epsey) Brenner were the parents of infant daughter Leta E. Brenner who was born in April 1897 and died August 29, 1897 at the age of 4 months and 29 days. William Brenner was born in 1856 and died October 15, 1886 Mason, Ingham Co., MI, wife Emma Dell.
