Note:  John Jacob Hastings was the son of Oliver Edwin and Verna Daisy 
Catherine (Brown) Hastings.  He was born February 19, 1909 in Ohio and passed 
away December 9, 1982 Mason, Ingham Co., MI.  He married Mavis W. Collins 
November 16, 1936 in Dinkirk, Hardin Co., OH.  They were married by G. C. 
Hoover.  They were the parents of Dave, Joyce, Judy, Penny, Roger Eugene, John 
Jacob Jr., Robert Lee "Bob", and Harold S. Hastings. 

Mavis W. (Collins) Hastings was born February 6, 1919 in Ohio and passed away 
in January 1977 Mason, Ingham Co., MI.

Robert Lee "Bob" Hastings was born December 27, 1941 in Ohio and passed away 
August 25, 1996 Mason, Ingham Co., MI.  He is also buried in Leek Cemetery.

Harold S. Hastings was born October 16, 1943 in Ohio and passed away February 
3, 1987 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI.  He is buried in North Aurelius Cemetery, 
Ingham Co., MI.
