Note:  Walter Alfred Briggs was the son of Sydney Herbert and Nellie Elizabeth 
(Hamper) Briggs.  His date of birth july 24, 1908 in Flint, Genesee Co., MI 
and date of death June 29, 1979 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI.

Alice Marguerite (Gilbert) Briggs was the daughter of George Claud and Nina 
Alice (Haynes) Gilbert and wife of Walter Alfred Briggs.
