LEWIS 1881 - 1922 1876 - 19__ Note: William A. Havens death certificate shows he was the son of Stephen and Catherine (Teachout) Havens, both of Vermont. He was born December 10, 1842 Unadilla, Livingston Co., MI, white, male, married, retired farmer, died on November 27, 1919 in Gladwin, Gladwin Co., MI at the age of 76 years 11 months and 17 days. Informant was Mrs. Alta M. Havens. No date or place of burial given on death certificate. Mary E. Havens death certificate shows that she was the daughter of David S. Crandell and Rachel Cook, both born in NY. Mary E. Crandell was born December 30, 1846 in New York, white, female, married, housewife, died on December 5, 1916 in Gladwin, Gladwin Co., MI at the age of 69 years, 11 months and 5 days, cause of death Pneumonia. Burial was on December 9, 1916 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI. William A. and Mary E. (Crandell) Havens were the parents of Kittie A. (Havens) Scripter. Kittie A. Havens Scripter was the wife of Lewis Scripter.
