Note:  Delos Hopkins was the son of Luther R. and Almira Hopkins.  He was born 
in April 1843 in NY.  He married H. Frances (?) Hopkins in 1875 and they were 
the parents of four children, Edna, Wilma, Lloyd and Val Hopkins.  

Delos Hopkins enlisted at Genoa, Nyoa, NY as a private at the age of 21 in 
Company A New York 75th Infantry Regiment on 31 Aug 1864.   He mustered out on 
28 Jun 1865 at Savannah, GA.
