Note:  Clifford Robert Petty was the son of Alvin Martin and Mary E. (Baldwin) 
Petty. He was born Octobeter 23, 1894 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI and died 
September 5, 1992 Mason, Ingham Co., MI.  He married Theresa M. Motter on 
December 26, 1917 in New London, Ohio. They were the parents of Alvin Petty, 
born January 6, 1919 and died October 23, 2000 and Barbara Helen Petty, born 
January 11, 1921 and died January 27, 2003.

Theresa M. Motter was the daughter of Wallace and Margaret (Purtell) Motter.  
She was born June 9, 1894 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co.,  Ohio and died December 
28, 1964 in Mason, Ingham Co., MI.
