Note:  Alexander E. Petty was the son of Alvin and Jane (Anderson) Petty.  He 
was born June 1860 in Ohio and passed away in 1944 Ingham Co., MI.  He married 
Addie B. Houghlen on November 26, 1881 in Huron Co., Ohio.  They were the 
parents of six children, Elizabeth D. "Lizzie", Millard Guy, Lulu Merle, 
Blanche A., Iva May, and an unknown Petty.  1900 Census shows Addie B. Petty 
was the mother of six children, four living.

Addie B. (Houghlen) Petty was the daughter of John C. and Althea (Webb) 
Houghlen, born May 29, 1862 Ohio.  She passed away May 31, 1917 in Lansing, 
Ingham Co., MI at the age of 55 years and 2 days.  See find a grave Maple

death certificate.

Millard Guy Petty, son of Alexander E. and Addie B. Petty, was born January 3, 
1889 according to his death certificate and passed away April 24, 1901 in 
Lansing, Ingham Co., MI at the age of 11 years 3 months and 21 days, cause of 
death gunshot.

Lulu Merle Petty was the daughter of Alexander E. and Addie B. Petty.  She was 
born in 1890 and passed away at the age of 9 months March 1891.
