Note: Irvin M. Sitts was the son of William and Laura Sitts.  Michigan 
Genealogical Death Indexing System showed that Irvin M. Sitts was a white, 
male, single, farmer, parents, William and Laura Sitts, died on 28 Apr 1888 in 
Aurelius, Ingham Co., MI at the age of 51 years, cause of death consumption.

Michigan Genealogical death indexing system also showed William Sitts, white, 
male, married, blacksmith, parents David and Mary Sitts of Leslie, MI, died 01 
Sept 1876 in Leslie, Ingham Co., MI at the age of 58 years, cause of death 
inflammation of bowels.  (Discrepancy on the death date according to the 
monument and the death certificate.)

Name on Laura Sitts side of the monument looks like Lanna but census records 
shows her name as Laura.
