Note:  No names for Mother and Mother or birth or death dates listed on 
Monument or name stones.  The following information was obtained from census 
records and Michigan Genealogical Death Indexing System.

Daniel and Ann Stewart were the parents of Horace P. Stewart. Michigan 
Genealogical Death Indexing system showed that Daniel Stewart was born 1797 In 
New York, white male, carpenter, married, parents Jacob and Rachael Stewart, 
died on March 24, 1881 in Vevay, Ingham County, Michigan at the age of 84 yrs 
and 1 day cause of death Paralysis. 

1880 census record for Vevay, Ingham County, Michigan showed Daniel born about 
1797 in NY  Ann born about 1805 in Mass.  Also showed Horace P. Stewart as the 
son, Elizabeth as his wife, and Rebe their four year old daughter.

1900 Census record for Vevay Ingham Co., MI showed Horace P. Stewart was born 
April 1832 in New York and his wife Elizabeth was born December 1834 in New 
York, married in 1854 and have been married 46 years, Elizabeth the mother of 
4 children, and four living.
