Note:  Ernest Guy Strickland was the son of David M. and Mary E. (DuBois) 
Strickland.  He was born October 9, 1880 Ingham Co., MI and passed away May 
24, 1973 Mason, Ingham Co., MI.  He married LaVern Olin and they were the 
parents of Florence (Strickland) Armstrong, Hilda L. (Strickland) Rosenbrook, 
Max E. Strickland, Gerald Edgar Strickland, Ferris R. Strickland, Beatrice 
Strickland and Donald G. Strickland.

LaVern Olin Strickland was the daughter of Monroe Peleg Olin. She was born 
August 24, 1879 Gratiot Co., MI and passed away July 22, 1941 Mason, Ingham 
Co., MI.
