Additional information from Richard Allen (dick.allen@yahoo.com) March 2012: 
WEATHERED LETTERS ON THE MONUMENT TELL OF THE BURIAL OF 'PERMELIA, WIFE OF J.S. ALLEN,  DIED 12-27-1886'.
PERMELIA PINCKNEY ALLEN AND JOHN S. ALLEN WERE MY G-G GRANDPARENTS.
THEY RESIDED JUST SOUTHEAST  OF THE CEMETERY ON NICHOLS RD.
THE KEELER CONNECTION IS THRU THE MARRIAGE OF THEIR DAUGHTER ELIZA TO JOHN KEELER WHO RESIDED IN ALAEIDON.
THE KEELERS WERE TAKING CARE OF PERMELIA PRIOR TO PERMELIA'S DEATH.
JOHN S. ALLEN HAD DIED OF CONSUMPTION EARLIER IN NOV, 1859, WHILE RESIDING IN DELHI.
