Birth: Jul. 23, 1868 
Death: Oct. 26, 1955 

US Congressman. Elected to represent Michigan's 6th District in the United 
States House of Representatives, serving from 1923 to 1931. Also served as a 
Member of the Michigan State House of Representatives from 1905 to 1908.
