Sarah Saphronia Kellogg De Witt - b. 22 Feb 1847 / d. 18 Mar 1932
Martin , De Witt - b. 1885 - d. 1945

Additional Comments:
Eli , De Witt was the 6th Child of Moses and Mary Francis Sherwood De Witt.  
He was born in Lewis County New York, 24 Nov 1832.  Sarah Saphronia Kellogg De 
Witt was the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Kellogg and was also born in New 
York State.  They married 1 Jun 1868.  To this marriage was born eight 
children. Martin was their 7th child. This particular Headstone is a 
replacement stone for the original placed on this families graves.  It is the 
understanding of this writer that the original Stones were probably destroyed 
by roving youths who vandalized several monuments in the late 1900's.  The 
backside of this monument marks two more of sons of Eli and Sarah's and one 
Daughter-in-Law.
