I Abbey Robinson of the town of Gilboa, County of Schoharie, and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say~ First: I give and bequeath to my grandson Munson Wilsey the farm where I now live in Gilboa, Schoharie County. And in __thereof I will and order that he shall pay thirteen hundred dollars to be paid eighteen months after my decease as follows: One third to my son Alonzo Robinson, one third to my son Miner Robinson, and the other third to be equally divided between my grand daughters, namely, Abbey Jane & Claripa Lovina(daughters of George Robinson deceased) Also Second: I give and bequeath my clothing and bedding as follows, one bed and bedding (the best) to my son Alonzo, and our feather bed to Clarry Robinson (daughter of George Robinson) and the balance of the clothing and bedding to be equally divided share and share alike between my daughters-in-law and grand daughters~ Third: I give and bequeath to my three grandsons Lorenzo son of Miner Robinson, Justus and Edwin, sons of Alonzo Robinson, each twenty five dollars. Fourth: I hereby order that all the rest of my personal property of whatever manner shall be sold at public ____ and after paying all debts (if any) and paying all funeral expenses of mine and my husbands and furnishing decent and suitable tombstones to our graves, that the balance shall be divided as follows: one third to be paid to son Alonzo Robinson, one third to Miner Robinson, and the other third to be equally divided between the two daughters of George Robinson deceased, namely Abbey Jane and Claripa Lovina~ Fifth: I order that our tombstones shall be of good quality set in blocks and worth for each grave , at least forty dollars~ Sixth: One pair of gold spectacles I except from sale as above ordered, also one silver watch, and order that the spectacles be given to Mary the former wife of my son George , deceased, and the watch to Abbey Jane (wife of Lewis Benjamin) Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint Wm L. Duncan to be the executor of this my last will and testament~ In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine. The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at this date thereof sealed published and declared by this said Abbey Robinson as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, who at her request and in her presence , and in the presence of each other, here subscribe our names as witness here to~ Abbey Robinson L.S. M_______ Harvey M________{ Gilboa, Schoharie Co.= I Abbey Robinson of the town of Gilboa, County of Schoharie and state of New York, being of sound mind and memory do hereby alter the above will and testament on this twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven to read thus. Instead of giving my son Alonzo one third as before stated, I have concluded to give my grand son Munson Wilsey six hundred dollars besides the interest in the farm mentioned. I have furthermore concluded not to give my son Alonzo anything. Furthermore I give my grand son Lorenzo Robinson, son of Miner Robinson and Justus and Edwin Robinson, sons of Alonzo Robinson, each twenty five dollars to be taken out of my estate, or rather to be taken from the full amount of my estate, and the remainder to be divided as I have above requested ~ In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of February eighteen hundred and seventy seven ~ To be attached to and being a part of my will and testament or an alteration of a few points. Book 78 of Deeds Page 413 & 414 State of New York Schoharie County I Charles Holmes, County Judge of the County of Schoharie do hereby certify that the ______last will and testament of Abbey Robinson late of the town of Gilboa in the County of Schoharie and State of New York, deceased, was duly proved before me on this 31st day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven , as a will relating to both real and personal estate, pursuant to the provision of the statute of the state of New York in such care made and provided,and I further certify that the said will and the proof taken in relation to the excecution thereof, are recorded in the _______office of the County of Schoharie in Book of wills Vol. 10 page 58, 59, 60 , and 61. Kept in said office for such purposes ~ In testimony whereof I the said County Judge have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County of Schoharie this 31st day of December A.D. 1877 ~ Recorded and Examined Chas.
