                               William Abbott
                                 1777 - 1849

William Abbott son of William Abbott and Bridget Spaulding was born on April 12,
1777 in Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts USA. He died on January 9, 1849 in 
Ingham Township, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery,Dansville,
Ingham, Michigan USA. He married Sarah "Sally" Woodcock in 1810 in Swanzey,
Cheshire, New Hampshire USA and they had eight children: Nancy, Rhoda Arvilla
(Amaziah Winchell), Lovina (John M. Coatsworth), Levi (Susan L. Ambright)(Salome
Burgess), Myron (Hannah Reeves), William, Juliett and Elmira Abbott.
