Homer H. Phelps son of Philo Phelps and Sandra Jane Russell was born on February 
22, 1876 in White Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA. On September 8, 1877 in White

Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA he died of dysentery and buried at Fairview 
Cemetery, Sec 2 Lot 213 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. He shares a tombstone
with his brother Eugene J. Phelps and Homer's name is listed on the right side.
