     Egbert Rice
      1821-1890

Egbert Rice was born in October of 1821 in Warsaw, Genesee, New York USA to
Chauncey Rice and Phebe "Betsy" Giddings. He died on February 9, 1890 in
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dansville,
Ingham, Michigan USA. He married Frances Jane Thurston on April 16, 1848 in
Oakville, Monroe, Michigan USA and had six children: Norman, Gertrude Olivia,
Viletta Urzelia (Francis Marion Cobb), Charles Myron (Flora J. Ainsly), Mina
"Minnie" Bell (William Frederick Dains) and Ella "Adda" May Rice (Ernest A.
Densmore).
