                               George R. Wilcox
                                  1827 - 1911

George R. Wilcox son of Matthew H. Wilcox and Anna "Ann" Barber was born on
June 20, 1827 in Ontario, Wayne, New York USA. He died on September 5, 1911
in White Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery,
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. He married Amanda VanBuren on May 28, 1854
in Ingham County, Michigan USA and they had four children: Abram H.(Lana
Elizabeth Rouse), Rhoda J.(Hayes Wheeler DeWitt), Arthur W.(Florence E. Kirk)
and Laura Ann Wilcox (George A. Harvey).
