I am not sure what this thing is called, but it is a list of names that 
include all the soldiers mustered into the service on 09/11/1862 @ Otisco 
township (Ionia County MI?)it also includes picture's of all the officers.

My Great,Great grandfather Elijah Purdy & his brother George W Purdy were 
privates.

"Soldiers Of Record"
OTISCO BOYS,EVER READY 
COMPANY B. 25TH MICHIGAN REGIMENT

Then a list of privates,a list of regimental feild officers,and a list of 
Company officers.

At the bottom it states that this is a volunteer regiment.

Additional Comments:
This is not a very good photo I am looking for a reputable place that could 
scan it for me. In the Grand Rapids MI area if anyybody knows of on please
