Urie is doing stunts on the continuous circuit in the matter of jail sentences. He was first given 60 days for stealing clothing from the Star, and was rearrested the day he of his release and given 90 days for a like offense. His term expired today and he was immediately rearrested and brought back into Police court on the charge of stealing a boy's suit of clothes from Houseman & Jones company, jJudge Doyle gave him 60 days. There are other cases pending against him, but these will not be pushed, say the police, if he will go back to his home in Portland, Mich. and stay there. He has promised to do so as soon as he is released.
