Portland Observer April 26, 1911
E.D. Woodbury and G.W. Burhans have purchased the Hotel Divine from Chester M. 
Divine, who has managed the hotel since the death of his father and is to 
remain in charge for a time.

Additional Comments:
E.D. Woodbury was Erastus Downer Woodbury, he was married to the daughter of 
Charles H. Maynard.
G.W. Burhans was George Washington Burhans.
Chester M. Divine's father, Monroe died March 26, 1908.
