Ionia, Mich., May 15.- Charles Washburn, a well known teamster of Ionia, is a
recent heir to property in York state and has set out to drive there after the
fashion of early days in a canvas covered wagon. His wife and six children were
stowed in together with household effects and the family dog was tied on behind.
They will travel leisurely and enjoy the beauties of spring, perhaps of summer
also before reaching their destination.
