Portland High School Students Plan For Active Social Season
Special to The State Journal.
PORTLAND, Jan. 15. - For the first time since 1907 the sophomore class of high 
school has organized and chosen officers: President, Miss Grace Lockwood; vice 
president, Miss Orena Caswell; treasurer, Francis Lawless.  Miss Beatrice 
Bauer was elected captain of the sophomore girl's basketball team.  Parties 
will be given often and a good time is being planned for the rest of the 
season. 

Additional Comments:
Grace Lockwood married Arthur Megarah.
Orena Caswell married Willis Kimmel.
Beatrice Bauer never married.
