Portland, Mich., April 18 - Through her attorney, E.S. Fuller of Lyons, Mrs. Clarence Baldwin today brought suit against Thomas Harden, a Lyons saloonist, for $10,000 damages. She charges him with selling liquor to her husband the man was killed by a train last week while supposedly in an intoxicated condition. The coroner's jury in its verdict was very conservative, merely stating that the man was found dead and that a train had run over him. Witnesses at the inquest testified that Baldwin had spent much of his time in the saloon the afternoon before his death.
