Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. August 30, 1951

RETIRED FARMER DIES WEDNESDAY
John Abbott 72, retired farmer, route 1, Lake Odessa died at Pennock hospital, 
Hasting's Wednesday morning where he had been a patient about ten days.

He was born in Carlton township and had spent  his entire life in this area. 
Surviving are his wife, Stella, one son Nelson and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 at the Pickens Chapel with burial 
in Fuller Cemetery.
