Daily Sentinel (Pg. 4) - Tuesday, July 9, 1918

Mrs. Mary J. Abbott, aged 77, passed away at her home in Saranac after a long 
illness on Friday, July 5. Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. Gene Hamilton 
of Marion, and Mrs. James Hawley, who resided with her mother. The funeral was 
held from the residence on Sunday, burial in Marble cemetery.
