Gayann Pearl Adair, age 71, of Ionia passed away August 20, 2009. She was born 
February 7, 1938 in Ionia, the daughter of Cecil and Orma (Bennett) Jerrils. 
Gayann married Raymond Adair April 9, 1955 in Sutton County Angola, Indiana. 
He preceded her in death October 27, 1997.

Gayann is survived by her children Larieta and Chuck Raison of Clarksville, 
Raymond Adair of Clarksville, Monica Adair of Clarksville, Denise and Randy 
Shattuck of Ionia, Max Adair of Ionia, and Terry and Larry Devereaux of Ionia; 
23 grandchildren and over 40 great grandchildren; brother Larry and Rose 
Jerrils of Alto; sister Roxie Hallock of Florida. She is preceded in death by 
one son Phil Adair, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 A.M. at Lake Funeral Home in 
Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. The family will receive friends 
and relatives Monday 5:00-7:00 P.M. and 2 hours prior to the service on 
Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers you may make memorial 
contributions to the Family’s choice.
