Ionia County News - Thursday, Nov. 1, 1962

Louis A. Adams, 78, died on Friday night, October 26, at his Portland home 
after a long illness. Mr. Adams was a World War I veteran and a member of the 
Portland Congregational Church.

Surviving are the widow, Ruby; a son, Robert L, of Portland; a brother, Lyle, 
of Lansing and two grandchildren.

Services were held on Monday, October 29, at 2:00 pm, at the Neller Funeral 
Home in Portland. Burial was in the Keefer cemetery.
