Ionia Daily Standard, 24 Oct 1910

Mrs. George Adgate of Orange died Saturday afternoon very suddenly.  She had been 
to Tremayne’s Corners to attend an afternoon party, and when about a mile on the 
road was stricken, and died almost instantly, from heart trouble.  Her daughter 
had issued invitations for the celebration of the mother’s 81st birthday 
anniversary on Wednesday next.  Mrs. Adgate leaves a husband and an adopted 
daughter, Mrs. Wilson of Orange.  Funeral at the home on Tuesday, at 1:30 p.m., 
fast time.  Service by Rev. E. E. Branch.  Interment, Balcom cemetery.
