A Prominent Lady Passes Away Suddenly. Mrs. Robert Ainsworth, for many years a well known resident of Odessa, Campbell and Carlton, died at her home on Tupper Lake St., last night at about ten o’clock, after an illness of a couple of weeks. In the early winter Mrs. Ainsworth fell down cellar, from which time she has never been well, and the injuries sustained at that time may have been a prominent cause of her death. Mrs. Ainsworth was born in Marrow county, Ohio, on the 22d of August, 1838. She moved to Ingham county, Michigan, in 1848, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Darby. In 1850 the family moved to Campbell township. In 1851 she was married to Joseph D. Feheley. She lived with her husband on his farm in Carlton township until his demise, which occurred about six years ago. After her husbands death she divided her time between her farm and with her brothers and relatives, spending three years with a niece, Mrs. Michael Custer, at Hastings. She also procured rooms in this village and lived here some time. She was married to Robert Ainsworth of this village, December 24th last. Besides her husband she leaves two brothers, Wallace and Oscar Darby, and one sister, Mrs. Ellen Wolverton, who lives in Kansas. The funeral will be held from the Congregational church in Freeport Sunday next at 10:30 o’clock, and the remains interred in the Freeport cemetery.
