She was born in Muir, Michigan, Ionia County, on February 2, 1886 and had lived at route one, Belding for 52 years. Mrs. Albert was a member of St. Mary’s Church and a member of the Altar Society. She once taught school in Smyrna. She was married on October 14, 1914 in Carson City to Theodore J. Albert who survives. Survivors include her husband Theodore J.; one daughter Mrs. James (Catherine) Byrne, Route three, Belding; four sons, Joseph M. Albert, Waupun, Wisconsin, Harold T. Albert, Leo J. Albert and Robert J. Albert, all of Route one, Belding. Also surviving are three sisters, Sister Mary Martin O.P., Grand Rapids, Mrs. Theodore Gasper, Route one, Belding and Mrs. Anna Hogan, Hubbardston. Thirty grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. Rosary was held Friday, July 29, at Huffman Funeral Home, Belding. Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Church, Miriam with Rev. C.E. Steves officiating. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Otisco Township.
