Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 26 Mar 1945

Leon Aldrich, 65, of Lake Odessa died Saturday night at Pennock Hospital,
Hastings.  He had been ill for three weeks.  Born March 21, 1880, in Odessa
township Mr. Aldrich had lived his entire life on the same farm.  He was a
member of the Lake Odessa Odd Fellows and prominent in farm bureau activities.

Surviving are his wife, the former Nettie Bradish; a daughter, Mrs. Theo
Bulling, of Lake Odessa; two sisters, Mrs. Sam Wolford of Campbell township and
Mrs. Ralph Dodds of Saranac.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. from the First
Congregational church at Lake Odessa.  Burial will be at the Lakeside cemetery.
