The Lowell Ledger, January 15, 1914


Died, in Fresno, Calif., Rev. Willard Aldrich.  He leaves a widow and daughter 
to mourn his loss besides a brother and father who have the sympathy of their 
many friends here.  Willard was born, reared and converted here and has been a 
monument of love, kindness and strength meriting the affection and pride we 
all took in him.  We well remember the crucial hour when he gave up his will 
to his Heavenly Father and became a minister of the Gospel.  

He submitted to operations at different times last summer and has failed ever 
since until January 6 the peaceful end came.
