Donald L. Alexander, 60, of Belding, passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 18, 
2003, at his home.  He was born on November 19, 1942 in Carson City, the son 
of Doyle and Lorraine Buckle Alexander.  For many years he worked in 
construction.

Donald is survived by his children; Terri Butler of Ionia, Donald Alexander of 
Orlando, Florida, April and John Warpup of Belding, Todd Alexander of Belding, 
Jill and Curt Granger of Newaygo and Traci and Fred Scott of Rockford; 
grandchildren; Lacey, Alex, Olivia, Chelsey, Sara, Dustin, Angel, Nicholas, 
Ashley, Justin, Tasia and Sayuri; one great-grandchild that is on the way; his 
mother, Lorraine Reminder-Alexander of Belding; brother and sisters; Kay 
Dickens of Belding, Beck and Teaner Austin of Belding, Charles and Doris 
Alexander of Kissimmee, Florida, James Alexander of Orlando, Florida, Edson 
and Jeannine Alexander of Burwick, Illinois, many aunts, uncles, nieces, 
nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle, and his 
son, Shawn.  

Funeral services for Donald will be 2 p.m. Friday at Johnson-Feuerstein 
Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Ken Harger of Shiloh Community Church 
officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral 
home.  Interment will be in Little Denmark Cemetery, Gowen.  A luncheon will 
follow the service at the VFW in Belding.

Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice or the Alvah H. 
Belding Library.
