Alexander, 65, of Orlando, died Tuesday June 19, 2005 at Maitland Healthcare in Maitland, Florida. Jim was born on October 25, 1941 in Sheridan, the son of Doyle W. and Lorraine Buckle Reminder. Jim had worked as a cook at the Driftway Inn in Belding before moving to Florida in the 1980's. Jim had a big heart and was always willing to help others. He is survived by his children; Renee, Randy, Margaret, Jim and Jimmy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, his mother Lorraine Alexander Reminder, his brothers and sisters; Kay Dickens, Becky and Teaner Austin all of Belding, Charles and Doris Alexander of Kissimme, Florida, Ed and Jeanne Alexander of Roseville, Ill. And several nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his father and one brother Donald. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date. The family requests no flowers be sent. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alvah N. Belding Library or Hospice. Internment will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Care and service were entrusted to Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.
